The NI Conservatives have opened an online book of condolence for people in Northern Ireland to send their sympathies to the family and friends of Baroness Thatcher. The book is hosted on the independent, centre-right blog NI Tory.
NI Conservatives’ chairman, Irwin Armstrong, said, “this is an opportunity for people to express their condolences for a truly great Prime Minister, who transformed the UK for the better”.
“Baroness Thatcher epitomised a much sought after political quality: leadership. She did not shirk difficult decisions and she will be sadly missed”.
