Our Deputy Chairman, Gary Hynds alongside a delegation from the Northern Ireland Conservatives have welcomed the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson to Northern Ireland. Congratulating him on his successful leadership campaign, Mr Hynds conveyed our “full support for the new Cabinet – especially our new Secretary of State, Julian Smith”. As we back Boris in his vision to unify the country and deliver Brexit, it is also our intention to offer real change for Northern Ireland. We were therefore “delighted that Boris took the time to reaffirm his support for both the NI Conservatives and our local campaign – and look forward to working closely with his team in the coming years”.
