Reacting to complaints from residents about roadworks in Ballyhackamore going on until 11pm on Sunday night, Neil Wilson has asked “What are TransportNI playing at?’
Neil said: “For months and months now motorists have had to contend with a Russian roulette of stop-start roadworks and residents have had to put up with the mess, disruption and noise.
“This latest incident is the straw that breaks the camel’s back though – the Belfast Rapid Transit project is causing carnage throughout East Belfast and it won’t stop when the roadworks are completed”.
